That is a crazy question.
Things like mileage, spec, history, colour, owners etc play a huge part in the value of a car. Its not just condition.
If your refering to your old car then id say bid him £2900 and get it bought.

Yes as mattyb1983 says I have a my99 turbo 2000 that I have owned for 4 years now and in the last year or so I have spent a small fourtune on I have had a full respray hdi front mount, big apexi filter, welbro fuel pump, full japspeed 3" exhaust system, excedy clutch, type r suspension setup, cdf droplinks, ecutek remap by dynamics,wr1 seats, ebc brakes all round, new age wheels powercoated black. Still got to fit my prosport gauges and avcr my next mods are gonna be sti wheel and eaither brembos all round or d2 8pots.
I have owned the car for 3 years before deciding to fix it up some people say I'm mad but after 3 years of trouble free motoring I knew I had a good foundation car is now on 106000 miles and makes me smile I know most people would say its not worth much but just shows you u can't go on just condition 👍

My classic has every receipt and MOT back to the first, the original sales invoice (he part ex'd and Elise for it) and every bit of work carried out, new gearbox, engine rebuild, re map etc, the body work was mint. He was asking £3500 and I paid £3300 for it, worth every penny imo, awesome car! I guess it's down to what you're prepared to pay for that specific car.
