Default faint noise from wheel area??

hi i have a very slight noise coming from drivers side front wheel if you could imagine its a faint tut tut tut tut tut sort of noise lol .......ive just fitted new wheels and tyres so not them and is defo rotational im thinking maybe it could be worn discs or calipers .........or maybe some sort of brake sticking there is loads left on brake pads but not sure how to tell if discs are worn or lipped ,any ideas be great thanks

all the time mate and any speed yes seems to quiet a little when turning left

disc guard corroded or bent, disc corroded or pitted (ie has a high spot), alloy wheel weight fouling the caliper etc etc

yea sounds like disc guard might be wrong tho.........

ok thanks im gonna have the wheel off and take a look tomorrow !! very annoying indeed with window undone
