I have a 94 Impreza Prodrive and want to verify that it has the PPP Exhaust mod. I know it should have a single tail-pipe, but this was replaced by a previous owner with a standard item (I expect due to him not liking the extra volume).

How can I verify the rest is as per the PPP i.e did they remove a Cat if so where should it be if it's still there ?

The cat centre section is removed and replaced with a centre pipe with a resonator (baffle).

There is no PPP exhaust mod - its either got the PPP or it hasn't.

If the car has the PPP it will have a certificate from Prodrive, STi centre section and the ECU plus either intercooler piping or Ramair filter depending on year.

I already have a performance Back Box... so am getting some money off coz they dont need to replace it.

Should they still replace the centre section?

I wasn't implying that it had a PPP Exhaust Mod on it's own, but as part of a full PPP as the car is what I assume is a Prodrive Ltd Edition MY94 as it has a dash plaque/serial number '94PD009' (Recaro's, Prodrive badged sppedlines, Bilsteins, ECU mod etc etc).

Don't know then try emailing or calling Mike Wood at Prodrive. Sounds like similar spec to the Series Mcrae but with the PPP on top
