Default WRX 2003 blobeye

Hi all,

got another weird question, just had cambelt and alternator belts done and all has been fine.

This morning i drover car down to the station and when i got into it and turned the wheel it felt lumpy like the power steering was struggling. I then pulled off and it sounded like a belt slipping then once i gave some ti some revs it went.

Car drives fine once moving and pulls well.

Went out again tonight and again when turning the wheel stationary it felt lumpy and i noticed the batt light flashed up when turning the wheel.

Very strange and at a loss at the moment..

any initial thoughts?

cheers
