Maf sensor cleaner?

Just a quick question? Is it a good idea using
Maf sensor cleaner? Does it really work?
If so can anyone recommend a brand and
Where I can buy some from?

I'd advise against it as they're very delicate, particularly on the Classics!

What year car do you have?
Some MAF's you can do it with and some you will just break....
