steering problems

Default steering problems
I've checked power steering level and seems ok it only seems to happen when I first start the car it's like steering without power steering any idea's

power steering belt is loose and slipping there is an adjuster on it, tighten it up

That will explain the squeak on first start up is it easy to get to
