Default Hatch info

I currently have a 57 plate 1.5 hatch as a stop gap as I'm saving for an Sti hatch, the Hilo range was really usefull in the bad snow, but the Sti dosnt seem to have this, why not, cheers for any info.. Ben

it has a more complex diff set up with 9 different settings , three in auto and six in manual overide.

Cheers bushiwarrior!! So you have a hatch?? I had a gx bug eye years ago loved it but wasn't that practice shifting long bulky items around!! Always wanted an Sti so think I'm gunna take the plunge!! Any advice??

see the other hatch thread.
Bought mine new in 2008 and fingers crossed, absolutely no issues at all. For the price, its a fantastic all round car. As they said on top gear this week, a future collectors car (then i would say that). I bought a spare set of wheels off ebay and put winter tyres on these (recommended). The standard Dunlops (sp sport 600)are for summer use only (and thats from Dunlops website). Its economical on the motorway (cruise control at just under 70 and you will get 32 miles to the gallon). How many 340 bhp cars can boast that.

Yeah cheers Walsh128!! Found it through the members gallery.... Lol there is some reading to be done!! I think ur right about being such an all round car... I've just sold my fast road classic mini, and want somthing for the B roads and to do the weekly shop, and not have two cars to deal with!!
