Just seen a report on BBC news, that some car dealers were contemplating importing cars from Europe for their customers ? but backed down because they were concerned about p'ing the manufacturers off.
Shows just how much effect the unofficial boycott from most people is having on dealers and their businesses, if they are this worried about it.

On the subject of Euro Imports been talking to my local import dealer Auto Tecnica, they are taking orders for EU MY2000's for delivery in April.
Usual ABS, Cat 1 Alarm, W Reg, colour coded everything, any options available .... even Rally Blue. Price - £18,250, quite a bit cheaper than the UK.
