Might help if people know what milage the car has done, when the last service was and what it included.

As above. Basic oil and filter service will be a lot cheaper than if you need belts done etc.

I'd want a new cambelt and oil change (basics) it's done 75k not much service history, will have a look through my documents cheers

I got quoted £290 for 40,000mile service for my sti last week from Subaru.

40k service is just a minor service and doesn't include cam belt, well not on a newage anyway.
I think the op is looking at the £500 mark and maybe more at a main stealer.
