as above im new on here as im looking to buy a sti i looked at the car today but the boys father didnt know much about it abit like myself lol.

he told me the model of the car was a 2004 WRX STI PRO DRIVE UK SPEC it has center diff control how would i find out if it has ppp and what to look out for when going back to buy any help would be great

and does anyone know the reg d1nro or pn54wre

if its got the prodrive pack fitted then it should come with a certificate with all the vehicles info on it, if the certificate is missing then i believe it can be checked with subaru.

does there be a plaque inside the car or anything ive been flat out looking info since i seen the car lol also does all wrx sti prodrive come with diff control

theres no plaque fitted inside the car with the prodrive pack, cant comment on if they all came with the diff control as i dont know, someone who owns this shape should be along to comment soon.

No if its a uk spec car then it will be a widetrack by the sounds of it, good cars

Don't get too hung up on the ppp side of things, the modding bug will soon be along to pry that wallet open

Also if it is a ppp model, as said there should be a certificate but also a sticker on the drivers door pillar of it, mine had it and so does my muckers

If its a 54 plate onwards I belive it maybe a Widetrack, has it got rear arch extenders? As I belive all widetracks 54on came with dccd and yes widetracks and the most sought after model in the uk spec for newages, so if it is then get it checked fully service history and if price is right snap it up.

yeh its late 2004 and theres a service book fully stamped so i think im going to deal na no pic but will put some up when i get it home

As stated before if its PPP should be on a sticker you can see when you open the door, should show the power on the sticker as well afaik
