Hi, my son was walking his boxer dog yesterday and she decided to run off and we haven't seen her since!
Her name is Tilly, she was wearing a collar with name and address and had been micro chipped.
Tilly is 12 months old and fawn in colour with white face and white paws, tip of tail is white.Tail is long and has not been docted.
Last seen near llay golf course/ alyn waters.please help find her as my son is gutted and very upset, small reward waiting, thanks Steve

Hope she turns up safe and sound Steve.

We have just lost our Boxer to cancer so know how he feels.

Lovely dogs that deserve a good home.

Have you phoned the local dog warden? How old is your son? Tbh I would never let a puppy off the lead in public unless I knw it was already trained. Even training mine in a secure field left me chasing the little **** for hours trying to get him back.

Hope it's found safe.

Nightmare hope you find her soon fella, I've had boxers all my life they all suffer from selective deafness from time to time!

Fingers crossed she's picked up by a responsible and honest person.

Regards

Mick

Sorry thought it was Tilly 12month old.

Go back to the spot with notices & a big bag of the treats you reward him with.
Then do a hansel n gretal. It could work...

I agree with the selective deafness...

Mine took off on the cliff paths down in coverack last year in the dark...took me an hour of scrambling over rock faces before I eventually found him !

They pick up the scent of something and get tunnel vision I think.

Tilly came out of the woods which we searched for hours and hours and followed a jogger to pentre street in llay, a girl getting out of a taxi notices Tilly with no collar by now and walks around llay for an hour and puts it on twitter where my other son notices it and Tilly is back, yippee

About 5 years ago we had tai our male boxer very muscular and powerful and Winnie who is female and a little bugger and very slight in build and can run like a whippet.my wife and I took them to the horse shoe pass and both dogs off the lead(my fault I know)when suddenly Winnie notices a sheep and runs after it and tai close by, I run after then up and down the bloody mountain, shouting like a mad man for miles. I get town the mountain and Winnie has pinned down a sheep, didn't hurt it or attack just wanted to play. I managed to grab her and all was well but Winnie is very head strong at times but great fun.Tai passed away a few years ago(epileptic fit) and Winnie will be 8 in may.

Happy days there is no worse feeling than having your dog take off after something, I got a springer spaniel brilliant dog, listens when told but when she catches a scent of a rabbit up the mountain she is gone! Same with birds she took off a few weeks back, she was missing for hours, we searched everywhere for the swine but no sign of her anywhere then later that eve she just turns up at he front door happy as Larry as if nothing had happened the little shít, tail going and bouncing around the place, and the first place she headed for................. The food cupboard

My mrs posted a card and cash in envelope to say thanks.
The girl that found her said other people just ignored her but thankfully she didn't and is now sleeping off her adventure in front of the fire. About an hour ago I was doing oil change on my sons corsa when a 4x4 comes past and lady driver ask,s have you seem a German Shepard in the Rhosddu area of Wrexham so keep your eyes and ears open please.
