Bought a classic with a wyioc sticker

As title ive bought a silver classic 1997 p reg. its got a wyioc sticker in the front window dated to 2008. The full reg is P928 AJR. Just want to see if any body remembers this car or has any info on it. Cheers.

West Yorkshire impreza owners club which have died down now due to differences of some sort, but has been replaced by wys which some members are still there, but your car does not ring a bell with me.
