possible swap...advice needed
i have the following item listed on ebay
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/2211600395...84.m1555.l2649
and have been offered the following in a straight swap deal...
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/2908337909...84.m1423.l2649
I have requested interior pics and full details of the service history plus close ups of the minor rust, but what would I notice most about performance if I swapped...I'm assuming the delivery of power would simply be less dramatic and more linear in fashion as opposed to the shove back into the seat with the turbo kick in?

had a 330 m sport and there the most boring cars in the world lol
have power yes 220bhp but very dull drive,my wife said the same, sold it after 6 month.
depends why you want rid or reason to get a comfy cruiser.
i was getting about 27mpg mixed driving.
the clutch is horrible in them i found aswell .

330's are nice for motorway cruising (as above), but harshly sprung and a bit thirsty. Similar performance to the Impreza Turbo or WRX on everyday roads, but more solidly build and more toys (traction control, etc).
Depends what you want, and why you want to get rid of the Subaru.

Sold my 330ci to buy the scooby I've got now BMW was ok as people have said a bit boring and they are also known for drinking oil and I was always topping mine up and the history was immaculate on it , yes they are loaded with toys and are great down the motorway but they still are juicy and I'd have the scooby any day of the week .
But hey that's just me

There is a rust issue with rear subframe that would need checking over. Seems a good deal though if the car is a good one. I always wanted a 330 coupe but got the Subaru bug so never looked back. Subaru defo better this time of year especially if we get any snow.

As above sold my Classic uk turbo and bought a 330 m sport. Great spec, comfy, build quality and was so smooth I swear it ran on double cream. Lasted 5 months before I sold it and bought a Bug. Just had no sparkle.
Plus the one in the pic isn't an M Sport. Don't like the looks without it
