Hi guys,
As some of you are aware I am thinking about crash damaged scoobs. I seem to remember a program from a while back that said it is illegal to sell on crash damaged vehicles in the uk ie after its been done up and used, or something similar. Does anyone know of anything like this or am I dreaming things ?
