Default Had to sell coz of ex wife

Hi all,

I fancy a good old rant coz I'm so gutted.

Last month I had to sell my 06 2.5 Sti for peanuts coz the b**ch of an ex wife was trying to claim my scooby in divorce. I left her the house worth £350k and all the contents, all I took was my clothes and my car.

I'm so gutted

The worst thing is the company that brought it has it advertised on pistonheads and when I look on there it breaks my heart.

Here is link for all to see http://classifieds.pistonheads.com/c...r-offer/892313

Rant over, ill be back as soon as I've divorced the b**ch....

JDM next me think

Makes you sick the evil exes

Thought I got off lightly with 125k cash in 1998 but 350k house and a scooby
That's terrible
Would want to make you have to go back to her and suffer the rest of your life in misery

Remember for next time the one women you can trust is your own mother so make sure car and house is in their name

Don`t have to be `wed` to lose half of everything

I was lucky with my divorce, we split and I said I'm sorting the divorce now you'll be getting a letter soon so she told me she couldn't afford to pay for it I said its fine I'll pay for you but I'm getting a clean break clause in the divorce.

I did it all online it was really easy. I'm sorry to hear you had to part with your car, it looks awesome in the PH pics.

Been there, done that.............
I take a bit of comfort from knowing that I am not the only one that has been shafted by an ex.
In my case it was my house and my business that suffered the wrath.

I sold my Scooby as soon as I knew **** was happening, bought a Honda Aerodeck, she didn't want it
Shame about your car.

Put it behind you, you've got a fresh start and a better future.

Maybe we need to start a divorced and separated thread

You should have ran her over with it, crime of passion, you'd have been out in 3yrs.

Just kidding, a mates wise old grand father said of women, (works best with irish accent)

" Lying, Thieving, ****** the lot of em"

There are some good ones out there, but they are a bit thin on the ground.

I still never managed to work out how or why blokes lose everything in a divorce.

Really feel for ya mate. That's absolute pants. I think i would have told her i sold it for bugger all and gave her half to shut her up, perhaps a forged receipt or two ;-) . Nothing she could do about that. Declared it off road till the dust settled and once everything sorted get the scoob back. Does sound easy i know, probably a lot more difficult than it sounds.
Cheers Phil

if it goes to court and the judge finds out, he'd (or worse she'd) take a very dim view on it as you're trying to deceive the courts etc. I was told this by a solicitor. So, unless the car was 'disposed of' a long time ago then you can't get away with it.

Pre-nup. Job done.

And if she were not agree to it, then she obviously had projected devious intentions and therefore needed to be kicked into touch.

But that 'advice' is too late, lol.

When me and my mrs wer on the verge of a break up we disussed everything and one thing we wer both happy with is 50-50 till the end lucky for us we wer able to sort our problems out you no you've got a good relationship when you can move on and sort the hardest of things out. If you can't in your case then moving on is the best for both forget fixtures and fittings they can all be replaced for better models.
I'm one of the lucky ones but she's even luckier coz I put a big ring on it and we are set to get married next march 30th and she's still letting me throw a turbo ecu on or sell up and buy a monster or buy another evo infact maybe I'm the lucky one chin up stop looking at what you had and think of what's next.
It will **** her off more when she sees you in your new ride pulling up to your new pad with your new hotter wife
Wish you the best of luck

Regards

D

That is certainly the opposite of once bitten, twice shy.
Probably cheaper to keep to yourself and hire prostitutes every so often

If the divorce isn't finalized then go see your solicitor & say you want half the house as you've not had a fair deal.... Play her at her own game

You'll both get forms to file with your own personal ownings etc etc the court will look over these & see your side and Bingo you'll be back in a scoob in no time & she'll be out on her ****...
