Default Car cover & Storage

I've got a bugeye with a uk300 back spoiler on it. Havent drove the car since January and dont really plan on driving it any time soon so thought I would stick it in the barn for now till Ive more time to give it some tlc and get it back on the road.

So was wondering whats the best way of storing it and whats the best cover to put on it? Cheers

Halfords do a good quality universal car cover with straps and tightening elastic for around £20 . Good value for money..

The Ultimate Finish.com do some good ones. Not cheap at around £300 but probably amongst the best out there.

They strap/clip right under the car aswell. Worth a look on their website, there's a video demo on there.

Want to keep an eye on the moisture, some covers can sweat and cause issues

Not as cheap as the on I was on about but iv never used any cover for my car..
I suppose if the car being stood a while it's worth investing in a good one, end of the day your cars your pride an joy the last thing you want is trapped moisture under the cover for months on end!

These fit well and are weather-proof, but you do need to pop the cover off every now and again to let it breath

Check out specialised car covers. I have one of theirs. Probably the best out there. Not cheap tho. All the best in whatever you choose.

if you are going to store it in a barn park it on some straw, that will help with the moisture issue.

Thanks for all your replies, got myself a cover for now, when the barn is finished and got electric points and lights in it then I will look at something like an air chamber system. At least its better than how its stored now, been outside since Jan and covered with bird crap & dust. Mobile valeters are out this weekend to give it a clean then its away in the barn till I get round to driving it again.

thanks again for all your replies - cheers
