BUT the landlord would not throw you out without an explaination, would he?? I remove unsavouries from clubs so I know whats said - the behaviour is unacceptable and the person is made aware of this THEN thrown out

There are common courtesies due to all - even me!! amazingly enough!!

The point is, the Landlord of the pub does not <I>have</I> to give you a reason as to why he does not want you in his domain...

At the end of the day, the Landlord is perceiving that you might threaten his <I>livelihood</I> & that is reason enough (in his eyes).

I'm sure you will understand this as the only reason to give an explanation to the ******* you throw out of the club, is to stop them attempt to trash the joint...

Like Puff said....what you'll see is a sign similar to.....

"The Management reserves the right to refuse entry etc etc...."

This does not mean they have to give you an explanation, they just throw you out !!!

Trust me, I know...its happened to me in many nightclubs, bars etc.... LOL
