Default Rear noise at low speed

Have a couple of possibilities but hopefully will get it checked soon (2001 jdm bug sti):

Rear cv joints?
sticky rear brakes?

It happens when coming to a slow stop, and a bit when pulling away (as you let foot off brake), but mostly when I park up. Best way to describe the noise is a slight grind with a very slight rear wiggle/movement.
Hope it's something simple and cheap! Cheers
