Don't think dccd came on the 2003 STI, just 2005 onwards.

Erm widetrack on the uk came with DCCD on 54 plate
And for jdm I can only imaging they had it from 2003 as an 04 I went to see had widetrack
And sorry to Answer the wr1 question yes DCCD was fitted to them

I have MY03 JDM STi. It has the DCCD-Auto fitted.

MY03 JDM will have DCCD and the first UK car to get DCCD was the WR1

only uk widetrack cars have it and wr1, 03 on jdm cars have it.
