i would say, yeah, sti or front mount intercooler, sti injectors, depending on turbo you can pick up the vf35 rather cheap and they are good for 350hp,
this is only what ive been told so could be wrong refit the turbo cat with a sport cat as it makes a noticable difference, only what i was told when asking to decat mine! prodrive make the a sport cat and they dont fetch much money on ebay now
thats all i can think at the mo but im sure other stuff will flud my mind

Bigger turbo. The other bits can wait for when you are wanting 400bhp
A larger turbo, with the other mods you <already> have, should get you 300+ bhp
But before getting bigger power, make sure you get the handling and brake system sorted.
Rear brembos, some whiteline ARBs will give you better braking and handling and would be my first recommended route of upgrades.
Talk to Kev at Scoobyclinic or a local scooby specialist - for gods sake - make sure its a specialist

Any mod's involving turbo's, injectors and FMIC will need a re-map, factor this cost in.
An STi would have been the better option to buy as a base car to begin with. You'll spend a lot of your time fitting STi parts anyway.
And don't forget to declare what you've done to the insurance.
