Blobeye headlight removal

Probably been mentioned a dozen times, but is there a guide of how to remove the headlights. Tried earlier to fit new sidelight and headlight bulbs but couldn't get them out. Any help is appreciated!!

Dont mean to high jack your thread but how do you adjust the headlights 1 of mine is higher than the other so need to adjust it a bit
