Hey all,

My new scooby has cloudy/foggy crap on the top of the headlights, if I take my fingernail and drag it across the front it leaves a line so I can tell that the problem is on the exterior.

What products can I use to get them back to new?

I did a google and someone came up with "plastic-x" is that the best one?

That stuff will do, but I polished my driving light COVERS using a very fine cutting compound from a car-body place, and a sponge, then a mop both attached to my drill.

Use a slow speed and don't press too hard, or it'll melt the plastic.

My mate works at a car-body place, but a big 'un would probably give you a spoonful, that's all you need.

hmm at my work we have rubbing compound I will have a feel and see how fine a grit it is
