what lightweight flywheel to go for

Hi looking at geting a lightweight flyweel but don't no what one i am looking at a mrt performance one rite now is this a good one

And it is a 95 Sti

Aztec performance are doing a pretty good deal on clutch and flywheel package, worth a look.
