Just checked my paypal account,and it has made 2 payments for £18.00 on the 27 & 28 september to Scoobynet

 

Bit wierd, but they don't request the money, you pay them, if you follow that?

I would cancel the lot and start again , but this doesn't explain what's happened or why

Steve is right, you send us the money, so this is likely some glitch with a dual submission where you have clicked submit twice or something.

We can sort a refudn out for you no problem, It’s not something I can personally do but if you contact Robb Meir on robb.meier@internetbrands.com
Stating:

• The site in question
• Your username
• The transaction ID's you are questioning
• The date of transactions

He can then look into it for you, but please be advised that without the above information he will be totally unable to help you.

Just to throw the cat amongst the pigeons I got a PM saying I needed to renew my subs. I then noticed it had been taken.

PS Let me just check that is gen, but I'm pretty sure it is.

Edited to add: Yeah, scoobynet is one of my 'pre approved payments', so it looks like it was taken as opposed to me paying it.
