Default Exedy clutch kit 225mm or 230mm?

98 type r version 4.
Which one would fit my car?
Or do both of them?
If so, what's the advantage of the 230mm?
Thanks!

only the early cars had 225mm clutches as std, your car would/should be 230mm............

they both fir the same flywheel but the 230mm holds more torque
