well for the past few months me and my family have been in pieces,
my dad was a passenger in a van and was involved in a car crash which as left him parralized from the neck down. the person who coursed this accidend was drunk and walked away injury free.
my dad was in intensive care for 2wks ,and went into cardeac arrest. whilst he was in i.c the dr informed us that they would not resusatate him due to him being 72 and if they did he would be on life suport.
he is now 120miles away in shefield northen general hospital on a spinal reabilitation ward and more than likely will be for the next year.then he will have to go into a specilized home. i own a scoob and travell as much as poss, round trip 220miles £50-60 so moneys tight.
this bitch was up in court for sentancing on friday and she only got 4 months in prison, so what message does that send out to people? wheres the justis, there is none its crap she will be out in 8 weeks , but my dad will never be out of a hospital bed for the rest of his life. dont drink and drive you ruin peoples lives

seriously though this is fubar, i got done for drink driving 10 years ago and i have not had a drink for 9 years. looking back getting caught was a blessing in disguise as i never injured myself or anyone else...4 months ridiculous
