Hi I'm not quite sure basicky I have been advised that if you fit a sports cat or remove the cat completly then that can give you around an extra 20 or so bhp so can I just fit a sports cat? Or will I also need to fit an up pipe and down pipe aswell? Sorry about this I'm just a bit confused

On a newage you'll need a remap afterwards too so will see more than 20bhp.

Ok great currently I have a cat back exhaust and performance air filter and had a remap it made 309 bhp on the rollers but I want close to 340 as possible , does 309 bhp sound about right? As many people have told me it should be getting around 330 with those mods? I'm also going to get an uprated fuel pump can anyone recommend one?

Ah in that case then you'll just need a map tweak to take into consideration the sports/de-cat downpipe you fit.

I'm not sure waft pump the Hawk STi's got, but one of the first things I did to my classic was fit a Walbro. Someone with a similar car should be able to answer your query regards that.
