Default Dump valve pipe help please

Hi , I have put a newage intercooler on my uk 99 classic, but the front mount for dump valve was not correct with my classic intercooler one. I brought a intercooler dump valve fitting kit just for the alloy intercooler flange pipe fixing. It all matchers up ok now, but the silicon pipe is not long enough, the dump valve sits ontop of coil pack and can not shut bonnet.

I have pushed the dump valve to the side so i can close the bonnet, but this has bent the silicon pipe slightly. I need a slightly longer silicon pipe, anyone no where i can get one in blue, looked on flee bay but no joy, think the pipe is 32mm. This is it pushed to side, not really ideal.

i think your problem it the newage top mount and fitting kit you are using is not designed to fit an older car with the coilpack on top of the engine. just extend the pipe so the bonnet shuts

Many thanks, i have ordered that pipe now, so it should clear the coilpack.

Went for a drive and the car did not sound right, felt it was holding back and the dump valve was not working. Had a good look and it seems that the dump valve was pushing into the coil pack and it cut the top of one ht lead slightly.
I have just cut the pipe section off the old intercooler flange pipe conecter, and tried to modify from hitting the coil pack, until my new pipe arrives. Not took it for a spin yet, but the dump valve dont seem that loud now. Not that i am a big fan off dump valves, i would take it off if it was not for my partner liking it.
