Seriously, use the search function. There are 100's and 100's of thread with regards oil.
Decent 10w40-10w50 fully synthetic is what I personally use.

I would also recommend either 10-40 fully synth or 10-50 fully synth oil, just make sure it isn't no cheap cr8p
Millers Cfc or silkolene/ Fuchs pro S is the most used.
