Top instrument is a knock link detector. A microphone is attached to the top of the block under the inlet manifold to detect pre-ignition/det/detonation. If this occurs the top light illuminates. It is bright. Under normal driving conditions the bottom two lights may flicker on especially at high revs. This is normal.
The middle two orange lights are marked: Caution.
The bottom unit is basically an air/fuel ratio meter. It give an indication of the fuel mixture but lags a second or two behind real time.
These units were probably installed in conjunction with a Possum Link ECU which can be mapped to the specific needs of a particular engine & does away with the need for a MAF Sensor.
For more information you could contact Bob Rawle of BR Developments who are one of the suppliers & mappers of these devices in the UK.
They have a banner on here.

Cheers Pete,
Mail you early next week with the gen.
FMIC on yesterday. Not as big a job as I thought but the improvements were far greater than I expected. In the cruise up to 4k I was running at 10-13cent over the typical ambients we have now. With FMIC 1-3 over amb. max. Boost is still higher than it should be despite the extra plumbing & there is no detectable increase in lag.
Up early in morning to do some performance tests against previosly recorded results to get a picture deffinitively on any changes to performance then down to Bobs for afinal mapping session.
I will then re-do the performance tests & let you know.
Sla na gael.
