High temps under boost , no water in rad or expansion tank , over flowing , bubbling over flow tank , black smudge in over flow , white smoke out exhaust , white smoke out oil cap , to mention a few more !!!!!

When my failed the first signs were black gunk in coolant - lasted about a year with no other signs other than excessive fan activity until temp went off the scale after some spirited high boost activity!

Mine showed loss of coolant, heater in car wouldn't blow hot and waxy grey/black stuff in coolant overflow.

Thanks for the response guys well heres my symptoms. After reversing my inlet manifold and installing a front mount I got it mapped and the mapper said my coolant temp was high. And my fans was on constantly. But was told I could of either knocked the wires on the coolant temp sender I haven't got round to changing that as I think it's more cervere.
Then a couple of weeks ago I've noticed the overflow bottle empty on a few occasions. And also I don't know if this is related but the other day my radiator top hose slipped off and sprayed coolant all over my engine but I'm 100% sure it was tight. And looked in my overflow bottle today and looked like a dirty grey colour with black bits in it!!

Try bleeding the system & re-filling
Sounds as u have pressure build up due to blockage or air lock / see if any symptoms from there
