Fog light removal

Hey guys, how do I remove my fog light? Easy or pain in ****? Car's a 03 impreza Wrx. Any help appreciated.

Rear, or front?

Fronts are usually three bolts, 10mm socket, long-ish extension and DO replace the bolts with stainless. Screwfix or a loacal bolt and nut stockist, for pennies.
