Wrx 2003 service help
Hey guys, I'm not much of a car-savvy guy, I have an impreza 03 bulb/blob eye, ... Iv had the car a few years and plan to keep in for some time, but the labour charge for servicing is a bit silly so I'd like to do it myself, my question is ...... Do I need any unique special tools to do it properly? Or general common tools? ... I plan to do oil and filter change, petrol filter change, spark plugs, ht leads, polen filter etc, general tidy up and service! .... am I out of my depth with a shed full of domestic equipment?? ... Thanks in advance guys, you lot never let me down

for all that a general toolset is good,
oil and filter is easy and only requires a simple socket set, petrol filter requires a screw driver and a pair of pliers, spark plugs again are only a socket set job but is made easier if you have a couple of small extensions as its tight down there no ht leads as the coils plug straight onto the plugs. Pollen filter again is a philips screwdriver job and socket set.
hope that helps
