Just wondered of anybody can recommend somewhere that does good quality plates?

When you say decent what do you mean? Legal. Ones that just have the letters and no rubbish around the sides?

I used showplates on eBay for my Jap import plates, they are quality, not laminated plates.

fancyplates meet all the British Standards requirements and have it stamped on the plate...except the one to print the plate manufactures name on the plate, but that isn't an MOT failure anymore.

My friend has a printer and plate machine, probably cheaper than elsewhere too.
