Just want to say a huge thanks to Rob from HRC performance.

Some of you may remember the fueling issues I was having with my HRC pump, it turned out to be an issue with the outlet pipe on the pump not having a lip so fuel was blowing free.
Well I contacted Rob last week, he was away in Cuba on his holiday. Even though he was sunning himself he still found the time to reply and offer a fix. He landed back in England on Monday and had a new pump sent out straight away, he even upgraded the pump to apologize for the problem.

Now that's how a company should be run, absolutely fantastic customer service. His product had an issue so he resolved it immediately, can't say fairer than that. If only more companies did business this way. Every company will no doubt suffer the odd complaint or failure, it's how they resolve it that shows their worth.
