did you pay via paypal or the CCNOW invoice system he sends? If you paid via invoice then you can cancel the order and get a refund automatically through the email you were sent.

Hope this helps

If anyone has paid via CCNOW invoice and not by paypal they should be able to get a refund, check your emails.

If there's anything I can do for you guys whilst there then pm me your numbers and I'll pass them on to him , or maybe point him on the direction of this thread.

Wrong scoobyparts fella, Tim at Scoobyparts is a top top geezer. The other stole his name and some kudos IMHO by ripping the name to trade on here. Bought a couple of bits on here without issue, although the quality is that of an ebay punt tbh.

My AA subscription has run out so cant accept or reply to messages.

LegacySTi bought from me in april and said he would organise his own courier. I gave the address but never heard back about pick up until tonight.

Ian bought a broken STi gearbox from me (which was advertised as broken)

Contacted me weeks later about a problem with the casing. Im still waiting on a replacement to send.

53 bought a sump guard from me. Never heard any complaint from him.

Craigo bought a bumper on 26th June. Heres the tracking info
http://www.p4d.co.uk/track.php?number=P4D612090

I left for holiday after that so it was never picked up. I had to find internet accress in Tunisia while on holiday so I could refund him. I aslo phoned him while on holiday and told him he had been refunded. Never complained when I spoke to him then?

RICK, I believe I forwarded tracking details to you and you contacted the courier direct?

Anyone else?

I'm liking your version of events pal!

You didn't 'post' them for nearly a month. everytime I PM'd you to chase it up you read it and ignored it. contacted parcel2go and they said YOU need to sort it out and refused to deal with me, I eexplained ALL of this in PM and you ignored that aswell.

I then waited another week or two and told you i was going to contact admin and you said 'nice one' - then thats the last i ever heard from you......

I'm not complaing now either but my assessment is fair. The sump guard I bought was damaged but I managed to repair it and then powdercoat it tidy. No issues here just honest feedback, and that feedback is that scoobyparts is a ripped off trading name and ebay punt quality. The only way to change things is to raise your game IMHO and get a new snet trading name that you can earn a reputation with rather than plagiarize one which someone has worked damned hard to build up.

Scoobyparts.com is a shop based in Oakley in Bedfordshire and is run by Tim. A top guy and will bend over backwards to get you what you want for your scooby. He has built up a fantastic reputation for customer satisfaction and i for one will always use him... He has no connection with this other "Scoobyparts" in any way shape or form.

yes you said to me the gear box was fully working but sometimes reverse dia and did not work. i had it rebuilt at a scooby speclist, and when it came to fitting it turned out that the casing was out of shape and the prop would not fit in.
yes it was weeks later, but these things dont get repaired and fitted over night. luckly the garage had another casing that i was able to used. there were a few other things wrong with what was supplyed/missing. but the casing is the main part.

I have sent you pms, to your scooby parts user name and tripple filtered user name, with no reply. you say that you have had no more 6 speeds in, so can not give me a casing. but that doesnt help me or the garage at all.

so what is the next step?

There seems to be quite a lot of this going on from certain traders I've read a few on here not sayin you've done it but evidence is there. There's a pro and con to this stuff the PRO being the proper genuine honest traders look even better due to this type of thing but on the other side puts people off buying from breakers etc as there's a lot of cowboy traders killing people's faith in companies.. IMHO refunds should be sent straight away , delivery should take no longer than 1 week and communication should always be a key as well as keeping it honest .. I got burned from a company from eBay who also was on here and advertising in a magazine I'm a moderator/ editor on the forum for and suggested it be revoked ASAP which I've never seen them since.. Got to admit it shook my faith in buying online etc and waiting to be delivered but I've bought from scooby parts the real one and was top grade you can have 10,000 great reviews it only takes 1 to ruin your reputation .. Hope this gets resolved as its now becoming a regular occurance
