GReddy Speed limiter cut controller

I have a GReddy speed limiter cut controller to fit to a MY96 STi.
The problem is it has four wires coming out of it White,Green,Black and Red and i dont know where to wire them into the ECU
It was taken from a STi2 so i know it works.

I delimited my MY96 WRX last week with a mechanical delimiter as I was under the impression that electronic delimiting was only from MY97 onwards?Maybe the STi is different?

You can do it both ways on a pre97 car.
Mechanical on the cable is the most obvious choice but someone gave me this to try so i'd thought i'd give it a go
