Default Diagnose my problem.

I started my car up yesterday reversed it out the garage and let it run for 5 minutes, turned it off any everything was fine.

Went to start it now and the dash lights are flashing and going mad, the speedo dial is going up to 60 mph, there's clicking going on in the unit somewhere and it's not starting? The battery seems fine as its opening and closing fine and the alarm works.

It's a 06 Hawkeye Spec C. Any ideas??

Sounds like the battery. Try another battery or jump leads and see if it starts.

Take the terminals off the battery and check voltage. 12v = ok 10v or less and it's scrap.

If battery ok, check your earths, then the main fusible link on the main fuse box, as if it has any corrosion on it it can cause weird symptoms/poor running.

Suspect battery though! Carbatteriesonline.com are good.

Cheers lads, it was the battery. Just seemed a bit strange as none of my other Subarus have done that when the battery has been flat.
