Anyone know this car?

The car is in lincoln where i am,i also have seen it on ebay and considered it,but no one i know recognises it or has seen it.which is strange in a small city that lincoln is.The pictures are taken just off newark road near smiths/walkers crisps.maybe some other lincoln user who has seen it or can help more.

Not the monster I had before but something the misses can be insured on ..
Sounds like it's been well looked after, just hope its as good as it looks .. Fingers crossed I'll be back in a Scooby this time tomorrow .. and up for the big meets ..
I've looked at a lot of them, but any advice on where to check is welcomed.
