Question

My cooler under the scoop has a couple of nasty dents in it. Can you get grills to go over, if so how much , what type , how easy to fit, where from and do they affect the cooling. Lots of questions. Thanks in advance !!

I noticed quite a bit of damage down there and some biggish stones sitting on the intercooler. Bought a sheet of 6mm square mesh from a DIY shop (sort for making hamster cages etc) Cut to size and bent around under ends of intercooler to hold itself firmly in place. Sounds like a bit of a bodge job but actually looks OK and no problem of restricting air flow as with tighter meshes.

I've also got some bad dents and the fins are bent in the cooler cover, any idea how much these are to replace, I take it this is just the cover to the cooler?, and u dont need to replace the whole lot?.
