Default running cost

A question for people who live and use a scooby every day

I have a 95 wrx import, and wonderering how much likely is it going to cost in fuel every week,I have a polo at the min only a little engine but if I use scooby I can't keep both insured, a mate of mine seems 2 put a lot in his,he does drive it like he's robbed it though

I travel 15 miles a day that's it 7 and half there and back,I know I shouldn't have a scooby if I think like this but its been sat in a garage for bout 6 months now doing nothing.
And to be honest yes the speed is nice but I just like the look and sound of them really

Any helpful info would be great also a idea of what everyone else is getting please

Thanks

4 miles per litre @ 1.50p/l = £5.25 per day (around town)

x5 days a week = £26.25

Most I get in my 1995 Import is 31mpg, but usually 40ish a week, but HAS to be super unleaded being an import or she on`t last long.
If your worried about fuel, then drive off boost (which is no fun).

I ran my tuned 96 import on Tesco 99. I was doing 200ish to 3/4 tank and it was costing me between £50/60. That was driving sensibly too

In two years I've spent about £7000 fueling and servicing my 2005 STi. I've done about 10,000 miles in it during that time.

They are not cheap cars to run.

if you want a cheap car dont get a subaru, to maintain and run they are expensive.
70 miles to £20 of vpower.
small journeys and heavy foot will see 40ish to £20

I get 200 miles from a full tank, about £65 worth of Tesco Momentum in MY05 WRX.

Add in servicing (every 6 months to keep it sweet), and I seem to get through brake pads, tyres and anti roll bar links every year, then it starts adding up - and that's without doing mods, or paying for tax and insurance. I will never be rich whilst I have it but I wouldn't give it up I'd rather walk than drive a sensible car
