Oh sorry to hear this mate, like its been said above they are so easy to pop off.
Apart from screwing them in place not much you can do with them, its the same with my fog light surrounds, come off in a sec.

Be amazing if you find them, good luck, I'm sure everyone on here would like a world or two with that person!
