got it!!!
Just got back from picking up my first Scooby a bugeye wrx wagon. It's mint and owned by my brother in law last few years. What a fun car! Bog standard apart from prodrive backbox and sounds great. Picked up my old r33 gtst from the same area and the Scooby was a much more fun drive back even though its nearly 100hp less. Guess it's all useable power.

Im really not sure. Too many plans and ideas running round my head, some being too far fetched and other reasonable.
Its going to be my daily driver now i was going to keep my diesel bmw but i feel mean leaving the scooby at home haha.
Im not sure where to start to be honest. Brakes and suspension, body work or engine modification.
All input is welcome though guys!

whiteline arbs and bushes, eibach lowering springs (or tein), front strut brace looks good in the engine bay.
Not too expensive and you'll get an immediate results on handling and stance.
