Is this a center section with a cat or a resonator
Hi all iv been reading around and things about cats my 2000 uk 1995 turbo is going for mot in 6 weeks and it dont have a cat on the turbo so i was looking at exhaust systems and came across a center on ebay that says it has a cat in so iv taken a pic of mine could you tell me if its a cat or just a resonator so i know whather to but a downpipe cat or will my currant exhaust pass mot cheers.

Yeah its just after the flexi joint to the right mate not the best pics its about 2/half bore but the bit in question is a arm length long and 3 / 3half inch in diameater wasnt sure if it was a cat or silencer cheers

Got the same problem mate regarding MOT. I'm borrowing someone's downpipe with cat for the day to get the car passed MOT and then will fit my decat back afterwards.
