What to do break it or keep it
Hello I'm in 2 minds at the moment whether to keep my scooby or just break it !
It's just had its headgaskets done by a garage and didn't even last me an hour and I was driving it sensibly and now the cars cost me so much I am thinking of just breaking it .
Or
Do I put it in the garage and wait untill I get a decent engine as there now saying its a cracked block. Can't make my mind up so want someone to make my mind up for me lol

They should refund as if block was cracked they should have found it then only charged for work up to that point, they should have then given you the option to either have car back or pay for further work. Any competent mechanic should have known the block is cracked and not just assembled it for you, pretty sure they should have tested it properly before collection as well.
Unless you took the car in and just asked them to change gaskets then it may be a different case.

When I took the car there They said headgaskets I also said can u check everything as its a secondhand engine and make sure there is no possible cracks make sure it's 100% .
They said everything will be checked well when I got it back it was poor idle aswell but got told it will clear in time .
I'm no mechanic so ain't really got a clue but like u say it should of been seen and pointed out .
He also changed the gaskets without taking the engine out which made me think how did he torque the bolts up to correct pressure on the head sounds like a node and run to me .

First problem is it sounds like you didn't use a reputable Subaru Specialists.
Second problem is you had a second hand engine in there anyway.
I'd cut your losses, break this one for spares and take a knowledgeable head if/when you look for another Subaru (unless you wanna fork out several £thousand for a brand new engine).
Good luck with the garage issue, seems very sketchy to me.
