...depends what exedy you buy and what you are using it for. stage 1 is around the same as a standard subaru replacement (oem) part up to 350bhp roughly. stage two is made from better materials and better pressure plate with anti judder etc and is good for up to just over 400bhp roughly. and so on so forth. if you go for a carbon exedy it will have much better heat dicipation and can withstand high stress loads (great for launching as standard ones will break after a few starts). any clutch accompanied by a lightened exedy flywheel will gain cooling as the flywheel is shaped to help cool clutch also sharpens throttle response. if you want a durable road clutch and you aint going for big bhp its a no brainer stage 2 it is. hope this helps dude. its the next part i am going to buy. considering an F1 stage three for cheaper than exedy stage 2 tho anyone tried F1 clutches before? any reviws?

peace
