Chappers
We have a big drive and a small postman. For a small fee you could leave it there and I'd deliver it to you each weekend.

This would also mean that you could get the first service done before christmas

Have a word with Mark about the scratches. Don't know which magic pot he was using but he took some serious ones off my mates bonnet. Before that it looked like it had been cleaned with a Brillo pad.

If it's bad, try ChipsAway - see my other post. Really, really impressed.

I have some cleanse no 4 from WW that you could try, too.

Thumbs up

Cheers Baz,
N, might just borrow No4.
It's not bad now that I've clensed & waxed. If you didn't know it was there then you might miss it, but that's not the point.
Hopefully WOW will come up with a suggestion akin to rubbing marg or similar on it!!!
Cheers

Angry

Bought my 1st new scoob last year. Inside a week it had some lovely scratches from postie
squeezing past for a short cut. Within 2 weeks it sported a lovely dent from neighbours car door (shared drive)
£2250 later and we had a new extra driveway where the garden used to be (didn't like gardening anyway ) and a set of side strips on the scoob.
This began to seem a bit extreme when in January the car was sat in a ditch smashed to bits then written off
All that waxing, what a waste!!!
So the new one arrives and I vow to be less car proud! This morning however I find the front wing covered in scrape marks
Do they deliberately make postpersons bags out of sandpaper with razor blade edgings?
Clense No1 and Subaru wax has almost done the job but not quite Any ideas??
Well T'd off.

Ps how much are car covers?
PPs Anyone know how to wire a car to the mains

Dont talk to me about ****ing postmen, yesterday something I had priority mailed from germany arrived.

In large clear letting "DO NOT BEND", so postie bends it in half with the rest of the mail and crams in through post box. Tearing envelope, but luckily not damaging the contents as the sender had done all he could to protect the contents.

****ers the lot of em

only slightly less annoying than out dustmen who leave the wrong bin in the middle of our drive virtually every week

grrrr

Marg eh, so that was what made the tyre walls glisten.

Have you room for a plant pot with a conifer or something in it? Will make the sods walk around the car and look a little more decorative than razor wire.
