In other words, you want to know of a dodgy MOT station who will accidently stick the probe up someone elses exhaust pipe instead of yours!
There are places that will fit a cat section to the car, test then replace the de-cat section. It's getting harder to find a garage that will do it as per my first paragraph as VOSA inspectors can arrive unannounced.
I know someone who does the second method but he's out in Essex.
