I read that a while back and nearly posted that it was bull, Personally i dont think that is a 9 second car, It still has aircon FFS(You can see the pipes on the engine bay pic) and a standard front mount fitting(Not reversed) so you would presume standard position turbo(Not rotated) or some fancy pipework to get round the rotated setup.

Now i`m pretty sure that there is not a 9 second car with a bolt on standard position turbo,
