thought id let you all have a laugh ,long story!
just been fined , £250 for not sending in for a change of keeper !

The previous keeper is supposed to send the log book off. You fill in the green slip and take that and the seller sends the main off.
You then wait for new log book to arrive.
Or was it for a car you sold and didn't send the log book off ??
If so, more fool you young man...
